My question was not precise enough to be answered, but anyway it looks
like we shouldn't care about this size change, that may be caused by the
C++ compiler (that is not part of the OS) or by the linker.

I have asked the question because of a performance problem using these
new binaries; we finally found out that this problem was caused by wrong
values in sysconfigtab.

Thanks to Stepan Kucherenko and Dr Thomas Blinn for they replies.
