5.1B PK3 and Patch 01414.00

Hello Managers,

I'm installing patch kit 3 for V%.1B and I'm surprised that so many patches
are not installed because of "Patch 01414.00 - Add EV7 mixed speed interval
timer support"
AS
Patch 01180.00 - Update sysman dns/bindconfig for nsswitch support
or
Patch 01081.00 - Migrate from /etc/svc.conf to /etc/nsswitch.conf
or
something about scripts.

Is there a relation between these patches ?

Furthermore Patch 01414.00 is not installed because of sendmail version. Is it
a good reason ?
