[SUMMARY] Problem with automatic install of 5.1A's patchkit 6

Well, I apologize for this one, as it has been discussed recently for
5.1B's patchkit 3, and the workaround is described in section 1.1.9 of
the release notes.

The solution is to temporarily relax the command-line limits:

# sysconfig -r proc exec_disable_arg_limit=1
