I'm new to Tru64 - previous solaris and HP-UX admin.
2 questions please:
I've gotten 4 new Tru64 machines (someone else installed the OS) and one of
them won't allow my userid or Oracle's userid to mail out to my desktop. Is
there something/somewhere I can look to figure out why I can't mail from the
Tru64 machine to my desktop. Which BTW, are on the same intra-net.
One of the other machines will allow my userid to mail out from Tru64 to my
desktop, but it appears that the machine also wants to mail files back to
the Tru64 userid that is sending out the mail. And I'm getting errors
because that userid is not a valid user in our domain. I'm sending the
error message:
