SUMMARY: Nfs server not responding

Thanks to Trevor Osatchuk, Oisin McGuinness, and Tim Cutts for their
responses. I performed a umount -f /filesystem and was able to get it
unmounted. We then had to perform a reboot (due to another issue) and now
the mount point is back up.

Thanks again,

Chris

Subject: Nfs server not responding

Admins,

I know that this has probably already been discussed however I will go ahead
and ask it again. We have a windows 2003 server exporting an nfs drive that
is mounted on a Tru64 5.1b box. Earlier today the windows server (NFS
server) was shutdown and given a new IP address and restarted. The Tru64
box (NFS client) now cannot perform a df command. I performed a rpcinfo -b
hostname on both the client and server side and nfs is running. Is there
anything else I can check?

TIA,
