Has anyone successfully installed libnet on Tru64 5.1b? I would like
to use it with snort but cant get it to compile correctly. I get the
following using gcc.

libnet_link_pf.c:161: error: `errno' undeclared (first use in this function)
libnet_link_pf.c:161: warning: format argument is not a pointer (arg 5)
make[1]: *** [libnet_link_pf.o] Error 1

I get this using cc:

/usr/bin/cc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../include -g -c `test -f
'libnet_asn1.c' || echo './'`libnet_asn1.c
cc: Error: ../include/./libnet/libnet-functions.h, line 1397: There is
no definition for the inline function named libnet_gre_length in this
compilation unit. (noinlfunc)
inline u_int32_t libnet_gre_length(u_int16_t fv);
-----------------^
make[1]: *** [libnet_asn1.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/libnet/libnet/src'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

thanks for any input.....
