Several people suggested to init the individual disks and
then create a mirror set. This did it!
I mistyped "add mirr18 disk disk" in my email to the list.
Of course it was "add mirror mirr18 ...". Thanks to all who
pointed that out, and sorry if it led to confusion.

Problem: I added two identical disks. Then I did:
run config
add mirr18 diskX diskY
init mirr18
- the console prompt stops for a few seconds, returns
BUT it seems the init does nothing.
