maximum disk space

Hi Managers,

is there any limitation? I created a disk(raid 5 set) with a size of 583655424.

disklabel -rw dsk91
mkfdmn /dev/disk/dsk91 dsk91_dmn
mkfset dsk91_dmn dsk91

But the raid itself tells me, it's only 2.38 TB (what i expext: 3 TB minus 500 GB = 2*250 because Raid 5 +
Spare-disk)
