The added CPU appears to have been defective, since swapping slots for CPU
1 and CPU 0 prevents booting with an error in memory check. This may
actually be the problem, but I won't know until I get a replacement
part. Once I definitely have 2 functional CPUs, I'll be able to see if it
is a licensing or firmware issue as many of you suggested.
