terminal servers to replace old DECs

Hello Managers..

My Environment: Es40 alphaserver / tru64unix V5.1 OS

We are using VT420 terminals with various Decservers (200/300/700). Both LAT
and IP based connections are defined on them . Now with an opportunity from
boss, we are able to replace them..

Do you know any model/device which can be used to replace old decservers..
(and compatible with vt420 terminals)
sometimes ago, we replaced some of them with cisco 2511 access servers. But
now, they are almost end of life, according to cisco..
