SUMMARY: Relocating a cluster

Hi managers,

Thanks to Udo de Boer for pointing me to a documentation update on HP's
website.
Essentially the cluster will panic.

To quote the relevant section from the docs at:
http://h30097.www3.hp.com/docs/updates/TCR51B/TITLE.HTM

"If you configure a cluster with a single rail Memory Channel in standard
hub mode and the hub fails, or is powered off, every cluster member
panics. They panic because no member can see any of the other cluster
members over the Memory Channel interface. A quorum disk does not help in
this case, because no system is given the opportunity to obtain ownership
of the quorum disk and survive. "

It looks like another weekend job :-(

Cheers,

Rob
