Tru64 Unix version compatibility for Oracle 9i

Hi

I am trying to install Oracle 9i database on my server machine which runs
Tru64 Unix Version 4.0 , but after doing required system initialization
steps,
when I try to run the installation script "runInstaller " I get the
following message:

 2280:./runInstaller: /sbin/loader: Error: Unresolved symbol in
./runInstaller: _F64_stat
2280:./runInunresolved symbol: _F64_STAT

is it because Oracle 9i is not compatible with Tru64Unix version 4.0? that
Oracle works only with Tru64Unix version 5.0 and above?
