I have an old Alpha 2100 on a remote site. It has crashed with the
following message:

Host IP address : 192.168.170.14

subid_unit_num (INT32) = 0
subid_type (INT32) = 1
binlog_event (OPAQUE) = [OPAQUE VALUE: 1200 bytes]
_savecore (BOOLEAN) = True
============================ Translation =============================
binlogshow: DECevent is not available on this system.
binlogshow: DECevent is required to translate old-format events.

How do I determine the real error. From everything I can see in the
crash dumps, etc. it looks like the CPU 0 is failing but is there
something else that can cause this error?
