cam_disk.h/cdisk.h

Hi,

I've got a C program that compiles and works under V4.0D which includes
io/cam/cam_disk.h.
When I try to compile under V5.1 I find that cam_disk.h includes the
following files:
#include <io/cam/cdisk.h>
#include <io/cam/cdisk_bbr_debug.h>
#include <io/cam/cdisk_extern.h>
which do not exist on my system.

Any ideas where I can get them from?
