Arabic enablement of Tru64Unix GUI

Dear all,
I have a small query on Arabic enablement of Tru64Unix GUI. We want to
use HTML Pages through NETSCAPE or JAVA or any other Freeware, that can
be viewed Arabic on GUI screen or clients accessing Tru64 Server through
Web, Arabic display can be seen. Is it possible? Please let me know the
procedure if it is possible.
