HP EVA storage

Hello Tru64-UNIX-Managers,

   I have the problem with our appliance for this storage. It does not
  send notification via e-mail from EVA Command view. Notification
  from appliance (user login...) it sends correctly. All events from
  EVA command view are written to appliance windows event log.
   Software version:
    management appliance 2.1
    EVA command view 3.1.0.21
  We did not do any upgrade from previous versions of this software.

    Could someone help me or give right direction, please!!!
