Web Server Admin Server Administrator Login

Must have gotten my password wrong when I open
http://my_machine.com:8081 it prompts me for the
passwd for user id, admin. Now in /etc/passwd
there is no user by that name, nut there is iass.

I suppose I can reinstall Internet Express but is
there a way to recover from this?
