I believe I have found the problem.
When I copied and pasted the printcap entry and gave it a different
printer name, I got the same memory fault error; however, when I retyped the
entry by hand and deleted the old one, the job went through OK.
It appears that there were some garbage characters in the printcap
entry that could not be seen on the screen.
