Upgrade from tru64 4.0f to tru cluster 5.1B

Greetings
We are having 2 node cluster of tru64 4.0f with hsz70 disk array, we
need to upgrade it to tru64 5.1B ,
Can we upgrade directly or we will need any other lower version of 5.x
before going to Tru64 5.1B.
What will be best way to go about it as we need minimum downtime for
upgrade.
Please advice.
