XP1000 won't boot

Hi:

We have a five year old Compaq Professional Workstation XP1000 (Tru64
Unix v4.0f) which crashed and won't reboot. It gives the message:
(boot dka0.0.0.6.1 -flags a)
failed to open dka0.0.0.6.1

Any ideas?
