Problem with collect

Admin,

I have a 4 node cluster (2 x ES40, 2 x ES45) attached
to HDS 9570V storage via cisci 9216 switches.

Since upgradeing the firmware from V6.6 -> V6.7 and
installing PK4 from PK3 with NHD7, I have a problem
with collect, ONLY on the ES40's, which was working
before.

The error is: FATAL: readk: Can't read from kernel

The FAQ says,
Q. Collect crashes with the following output:
readk: No such device or address
FATAL: readk: Can't read from kernel

Collect gathers all its data from the kernel and needs
to know certain kernel symbol names to access those
data. As the kernel evolves, those symbol names may
change and cause difficulty for Collect. To remedy
this, make sure you have the latest version of
Collect; that is, the one that came with the Base OS
on which you are running.

I don't think that this can be the answer, can it?

TIA for any advice.

Lawrie
