Indeed pk4 to V5.1B does break KZPAC/SWXCR's in clusters. HP's response:

Engineering has found the problem. It will probably take several days for
the stuff mentioned below to be completed.
There is a new ioctl that was added to cam
cdisk for all devices... except the swcr (re driver) which doesn't go
through
the cam cdisk code paths. This ioctl is only used by drd in clustering
configurations. I will be adding the new ioctl to the swxcr driver
shortly to
resolve this issue and will coordinate with cluster engineering a review
of the
changed code.
