Error when starting OS Ver 5.0F

After the power failure , when starting the OS it is coming up with the
error below:


E_CANT_FIND_LOG_END(-1077) usr_domain#oracle on /oracle : IO

Then there is another error :

INIT: Command is respawning too rapidly.check for possible errors
ID : cons "/usr/sbin/getty console vt100"

We are about to run the payroll , please assist how i can resolve this
problem.
