SCSI 2 Error messages

Dear managers:

We replaced our disk 3 months ago on our Webserver which is an Alphstation
900 running 5.0a.

I was out of town for 4 days until today. The server crashed. It
boots up for a while and then gives the following console messages
which is placed in the crash-data files.

scsi2: Mode Change Detected. Bus now running in LVD mode
cam_logger: SCSI event packet
cam_logger: bus 2
itpsa SCSI HBA
Mode Change Detected. Bus now running in LVD mode

scsi2: Mode Change Detected. Bus now running in SE mode
cam_logger: SCSI event packet
cam_logger: bus 2
itpsa SCSI HBA
Mode Change Detected. Bus now running in SE mode


We are running AdvFS for all 3 partitions on the drive.
