SUMMARY: get_info system call

I got quite a few responses - Thanks guys!

Didn't manage to find out how to get at get_info. It's in the kernel, and I
even tried dlopen'ing that, but it wouldn't let me. You can do that on AIX.

Best solution was to use cfg_subsys_query.
The temperature is also obtainable with sysconfig -q envmon, but I wanted to
do it from within a C program (efficiently!)

Subject: get_info system call

Hi,

I wanted to use the get_info system call (specifically to get the system
temperature).
Presumably it's in a library somewhere.

Does anyone know which library to link against?
Or do I have to load another development kit?

Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave Simmonds
