UPDATE: Restricting user login by time and day of week

OK, I have found the u_tod field in the prpasswd man
page, but how is this manipulated?

  u_tod
      This field is a string that contains a
comma-separated list of time-
      of-day specification entries that control when
the user account can be
      used for login.
