Missing data types at compiling time

Hello,

       I am trying to compile MPICH on Tru64 Unix but I am getting
errors about missing types used on /usr/include/netinet/ip.h. The types
missing are u_char, n_long, u_int, etc. This file is original from the
system and I wonder what could be the problem.
