5.1B Patchkit 4

Hi managers,

On 28 feb 2005, Simon Haldeman noted that he had problems with installing
patchkit 4 on Tru64 5.1B.
We currently have the same problem. I searched through the archives, but
didn't find an answer to this problem.
Can anyone, maybe Simon himself tell me if that problem has been tackled and
what the solution is ?
