Special thanks to Bouzianis, Phil, Colin, Kevin, Terry, Seref & Alen for
responding immediately.
The solution is as follows:
Added names for both the cluster and cluster-member in all 3 files i.e.
/etc/hosts, /.rhosts, /etc/hosts.equiv
After adding Cluster Alias Name in Server B, I'm able to do rcp in both
directions without "Permission Denied".
