SUMMARY: NHD7 with PK5 for Tru64 5.1b

NHD7 has been updated with Tru64 5.1b PK5 (aka 5.1b-3) on
the HP FTP server, although it doesn't appear yet in the
ITRC patch database.

Note that the NHD7.txt file still describes the old pk4 version,
but the tarfile has been updated with the new pk5 software.
