Does anyone know if versions of Tru64 are vulnerable to CERT VU#222750 ?

This seems to impact a fairly wide range of Unix systems.

The vulnerability was 'dark' for at least two months to give vendors time for their repsonse, but the CERT website does not have any response from HP so far.
