SUMMARY :DS20E Failure at Power up

The problem was the motherboard, swapping it out cleared the fault.

This morning I powered down a DS20E to move the PCI cards around, the
KZPEA was in hose 1 after tests and I wanted it put back into a hose 0
slot. On power up I noticed that although the green Power LED came on,
after a while the yellow LEDs briefly flashed, I was then left with just
the green LED on. I can get no output on the console and suspect the
system did not power up completely. Normally the yellow LEDs stay on for
some time whilst testing. After that the green Power LED stays lit if
all is well.

I have a horrible feeling that this is a hardware fault but any
suggestions would be very welcome. I have removed all PCI cards one by
one without clearing the problem.
