Is this a problem with my tru-cluster config

Hi all

I dont know if i have a problem with my trucluster config but after I
reboot the cluster after running the clu_create_cluster command to
create a single node cluster, it is claiming that the cluster alias ip
address in use by the hardware address which is used by the public node
ip address

Oct 30 11:27:07 romeo vmunix: arp: local IP address 172.17.13.194 in use
by hardware address 00-17-A4-3D-DF-E2

Is this caused by gated not runnig? Eventhough the clu_create_cluster
said it was going to configure it for the interconnect which is using
1gb (nr0) eithernet.

bash-3.00# ifconfig -a |more
bcm0: flags=c63<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,MULTICAST,SIMPLEX>
     inet 172.17.13.192 netmask ffffff00 broadcast 172.17.13.255 ipmtu
1500

bcm1:
flags=5000c63<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,MULTICAST,SIMPLEX,CLUIF,RESE
RVED>
     NetRAIN Virtual Interface: nr0
     NetRAIN Attached Interfaces: ( bcm1 ) Active Interface: ( bcm1 )

ics0: flags=1100063<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,NOCHECKSUM,CLUIF>
     inet 10.0.0.1 netmask ffffff00 broadcast 10.0.0.255 ipmtu 7000

lo0: flags=100c89<UP,LOOPBACK,NOARP,MULTICAST,SIMPLEX,NOCHECKSUM>
     inet 127.0.0.1 netmask ff000000 ipmtu 4096

nr0:
flags=1000c63<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,MULTICAST,SIMPLEX,CLUIF>
     NetRAIN Attached Interfaces: ( bcm1 ) Active Interface: ( bcm1 )
     inet 10.1.0.1 netmask ffffff00 broadcast 10.1.0.255 ipmtu 1500

sl0: flags=10<POINTOPOINT>

tun0: flags=80<NOARP>

tun1: flags=80<NOARP>

So is this message just an informational, or have I not done something
here that I should have. As the manuals don't point to doing anything
more than defining the main cluster using clu_create.

OS: Tru64 5.1B with NHD7 with the included tru cluster patches.

Thanks in advance
