Changes to Daylight Savings Time in 2007

Hi all:

I read Russell's post with interest.

I was wondering how people are handling the DST/Timezone information changes.

I was planning on grabbing a new copy of the timezone database and using zic
to do the update, but now I see HP has released a patch for this.

Which method is best? Does the patch do anything that updating manually with
zic doesn't?
