df -k output & adduser

Dear all,

I have 2 small queries in Tru64 Unix:

a. I have a Trucluster of 2 nodes. When I do df -k in each node the
display is very haphazard. The sequence of the mount Points is not the
same as available in the /etc/fstab File. Is there anyway to display the
output of df -k in proper sequence as available in /etc/fstab file.
b. What is the best way to allow non-root users to add users (only) in
the System?
