You need to run TZupdate srom Sun (
http://h18012.www1.hp.com/java/alpha/DST-US.html) to adjust the TZ/DST issue. This doesn't work on versions prior to 1.3.
Thanks for everyone's input.

Subject: Tru64 Java Daylight Savings Time change
I have the dupatch to edit TZ files for the upcoming US DST date change. On the HP link for this, it also referenced the need to change Java for Tru64, but only talked in terms of the Australian TZ change. I know Java is a application that may need patching to accomodate the TZ changes (I have an OS patch for my AIX boxes that fixes Java).
Does anyone know if I need to address Java for the timezome issues?
Tru64 5.1A PK6
Java versions 1.1.8010 and 1.4.2-2
Thanks,
Rich
