TRU64 Server doesn't boot up

Hello Managers,

Due to power surge my TRU64 server doesn't boot up completely and hangs
with this message:

INIT: command is respawning too rapidly. Check for possible errors
id:esmd "/usr/sbin/esmd <dev/null >/dev/null 2>&1"

id:cons "/usr/sbin/getty console console vt100"

How can I recover the server back from this state? Please let me know.
