Summary: US DST change for old version of Tru64

        Gurus,

I had asked:

I received numerous helpful replies. Orlando Gurdiel was the first to reply with a copy of an HP document that described exactly how to edit and compile new timezone rules which worked for me. I can forward the document to anyone who still needs it.
