Please ask them to try the below command and then do the setup again..
/usr/sbin/cdsa/mod_install -f -i -s /usr/lib/cdsa/libt64csp.so -d
/usr/lib/cdsa/
This command should be run after the installation of BL26 patch
kit..Mentioned in release notes..
