SUMMARY: Booting 4.0 on XP1000

Either the IDE adapter on board was faulty or the Plextor 716A is
not recognized by Tru64. Odd, because OpenVMS does recognize it.
So likely the IDE adapter is the culprit. I put in a Toshiba
scsi drive and that resolved the issue.
