CCMAB-AA Jumer settings to change from Hub mode to direct.

Hi all,

My memory channel hub on my TruCluster has died, but my cluster only has
2 members now.

Can anybody tell me which jumers I need to change to switch it to direct
mode rather than hub mode on a CCMAB-AA (54-24962-01)?
