Keyboard for Tru64 on ES40

As far as I can tell the recommended keyboard for an ES40 running Tru64
is the LKQ48.

I'm trying to locate a 2 of these (US version). Anyone have good
source? Does anyone have some of these that they would like to spare
the ignominy of getting trashed or recycled?
