This machine I received from the Waikato Hospital on the 7th of July 2010 with a 13w3 to VGA adapter, keyboard, mouse and monitor. It was originally from the Radiology department and is plastered with General Electric license stickers. The firmware appears to have been modified by GE too as it does not have the standard Sun logos.
The machine was configured with a UPA Graphics Card, 256MB of RAM, a 167MHz CPU, a pair of internal hard disks, CD-ROM drive and floppy drive. It had Solaris 5.5.1 installed on the hard disks but I wiped this for security reasons.
As the machine had been sitting unused for over a year over the 29th and 30th of July 2011 it donated a number of its parts to the other two Ultra-1 systems currently in use on the network. Its UPA graphics board went to ultra1c (the solaris 9 box) and it received in return its old sbus card. Half of its 256MB of RAM went to ultra1 (the linux box) which at the time only had 128MB.
As this machine has never actually been put on the network it has never been assigned an IP address or hostname. It has been given the interim identifier 'ultra1h'.
