There is a lot wrong with this data. Huge amount of noise without the necessary calibration frames to eliminate it.

In particular there is a hoirzontal dark line the width of the sensor a little bit below NGC-5128 plus a few blotches that a flat frame probably would have eliminated. The other noise may be down to lack of bias frames, light polution or an insufficient number of light frames.
