Euro Currency Support for Windows 95



Read Me First
This update adds euro currency symbol support to the Microsoft® Windows® 95 operating system. Files will be automatically updated to enable enhanced display font support for the euro symbol, keyboard and printing support, as well as the ability to use the euro symbol as your default currency.

To learn how to enter the euro symbol from your keyboard, please see the Microsoft Typography Page.

Note:  A small selection of printers are unable to print the euro symbol. For information on how to print the euro symbol, please READ THIS FIRST.

NOTE: This download is not intended for use on computers running Microsoft Windows 98.

System Requirements
  • Microsoft Windows 95
  • 15MB of free disk space necessary for installation process

     

    How to Download

    1. Create a folder by right-clicking on the desktop, click New, and then click Folder. Type a name for the folder and press enter.
    2. Click the Download Now button at the top or bottom of this page. In the File download dialog box that appears on your screen, click Save Program to Disk.
    3. Choose to save the file in the folder you just created, then click Save. Open that folder and double-click W95Euro.exe.
    4. Click yes when prompted with a system reboot.
