Using Chat and Whiteboard in NetMeeting

Have you noticed that sometimes when you get a call in NetMeeting, Chat and Whiteboard open automatically? This happens when the person who calls you has one of these programs open. It's best to minimize these windows instead of closing them, because it saves time if someone wants to use either Chat or Whiteboard during the meeting. If the window is minimized, you don't have to wait for the program to start and synchronize itself with all the meeting participants' computers.
