Installing desktop themes

If the Desktop Themes icon does not appear in Control Panel, you can still add desktop themes:

Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
Click the Windows Setup tab.
In the Components list, click Desktop Themes.
Click OK. You may need to insert the Windows 98 CD.
