Searching the Web directly from the taskbar

To search the Web from your taskbar, first open the Address toolbar.  Here's how:

  1. Right-click a blank area on the taskbar.
  2. Click Toolbars, and then click Address . The Address toolbar appears on the taskbar.
  3. To search the Web, begin typing a Web address (URL) in the text box. The AutoComplete feature will suggest URLs based on sites you've visited. Or type go, find, or ? followed by a word or a phrase.
