The DECmigrate for OpenVMS Alpha kit consists of two mandatory software savesets and three documents, each available in text and PostScript formats. All the files have been compressed into self-expanding files. After downloading, use the RUN command to expand each file. In addition, please download the license PAK in the text file decmigrate-vms-pak.txt.

For example:

VMSNODE > RUN VEST011A-A.EXE
