cdfs reads

I am reading a CD ROM on an ALPHA running OSF/1 Version 2.0.

I use the following command:

mount -rt cdfs -o noversion /dev/rz4c /cdrom

This works great except that when it strips off the version number (ie,
;1), it changes file name extensions from upper to lower case.

Is there a flag that will strip off the version number but leave the
file extensions as they are supposed to be (ie, 123.TIFF instead of
123.tiff)

Thanks.
